I am from a humble family where my father worked in a steel plant as an electrician and struggled for years to provide us proper education.
I struggled to pass my primary and secondary education due to less interest in studies. After realization and lot of effort, From being the weakest student in the school I became a Topper and Silver Medalist at IIT.
But that had not inspired me to have this purpose. Neither the purpose came from selling sprouts to earn living or by rejecting jobs worth Lakhs.
It came from the failure to build influence, wealth, happiness, abundance, freedom and fulfillment despite of having degree from India's TOP COLLEGE, being proficient at many technical skills and years of experience in TOP SOFTWARE COMPANIES.
I reached to top 1% in my career with 7 digit salary in the first 6 years of job, with dream growth and respectful presence in my company, Not just because of my skills but due to the power of correctly expressing myself through Conversations, Emails, Actions and Personal Presence.
Through my research and experiments, I found that only 10-20% of our career success depends on core technical skills, Rest 80-90% lies in mental conditioning and eminence building. This would not work either, if not expressed in right way at right time in front of right people.
